Ingredients

  • 1 boxbrownie mix
  • 2eggs
  • 1 largecarrot
  • 1/2 cupvegetable oil

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Steam or boil the carrot then pureé it.

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients.

  4. 4

    Grease the baking pan with butter.

  5. 5

    Baked for 20 min or until the toothpick inserted comes out almost clean.
