Boil 1 cup milk in a pan. In remaining half cup of milk add strawberry custard powder and mix well.

Pour this mixture into boiling milk by stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Add sugar. When thicken and cool keep it in fridge for chilling.

Now in a bowl mix all the ingredients except vermicelli and slurry. Bind it carefully and make balls.
Dip balls in slurry and coat with vermicelli. Prepare all. - 4
Heat oil. Fry these balls on medium hot oil till golden brown in colour and crispy.Fry all and keep aside.

Now pour chilled custard sauce in shots (glasses).
Over that carefully pour strawberry crush. - 6
Now on the top of glases put fried pasta balls and garnish with chocolate sauce and mint leaf.
