This is very simple recipe and can be easy made .We make it very regularly for any festival.

Grate the coconut and keep it aside

Heat ghee in the heavy bottom pan. Add fresh grated coconut in it and fry little.Add sugar to it and mix well.Add little water.

Cook the coconut along with sugar till it it becomes thick mixture.Once it leaves the pan then take it in a plate.

Take little by little portion of mixture and press and rub it nicely using small steel cup.While doing this, it will cool and white colour will come.

Then make the ladoos using ghee in the palm and store it in air tight container.
