1 sliceCooking Onion
1/2 tspCoconut Oil
1/2 tspThai Red or Yellow Curry Paste
3 tbspCoconut Milk
1Chilie Flakes
1/2 tbspFish Sauce
1/2 tspCorn Starch
2 cupSpinach

Cook chicken and onions for 12 min with curry paste and oil

Add coconut milk, fish sauce, chiles and corn starch. Simmer for 5 min
3

Add spinach, coat in sauce and cook for another 3-5 min to wilt spinach
