11/2 cupall purpose flour
as desiredGhee
1 tbspGulkand
1 tbspChocolate slab milk
1 tbspChocolate slab Dark

Prepare a dough of all purpose flour

Now use gulkand as one filling

Melt both chocolate slab in microwave
4

Prepare balls of all purpose flour and roll it with a roller
5

Fill in the stuffing chocolate in one
6

Fill gulkand in other.

Now fold them to make gujiya
8

Fry them in ghee till brown on both sides
9

Enjoy delicious Gujiya
