Palak paneer pakoras

Boil the palak after dressing.Set aside.

Mash the Paneer.To it add all other remaining ingredients including palak.Corrianderleaves and chillies should be finely chopped.

Heat a pinch of hing in a tbspn of oil on flame and add to the mixture.

Heat oil in a karai. Make small handball out of the palak Paneer besan mixture and deep fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with your favourite dip.
