Steps

Melt the butter into liquid consistency

Poke holes in the potato with a fork (all around)

Brush the butter all over the potato

Wrap the potato in foil and bake at 425° for 30 minutes

Cut a large circle in the top of the potato

Spoon out the potato insides and place in a pot
- 7
Combine with cheese and milk and stir until it looks like mashed potatoes

Place the mash potato mixture back in the skin of the baked potato

Place tomato and bacon on top
- 10
Add the sour cream on top of that and sprinkle on the chives
