Ingredients

  1. 5long carrots twelve inches long
  2. 6 mediumpotatoes
  3. 2stalks celery
  4. 1 tbsprosemary fresh
  5. 1 tspground turmeric
  6. 2 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  7. 1 tspground black pepper
  8. 1 tbspsalt
  9. 1 cupwater
  10. 1 tsppaprika
  11. 1 largeonion chopped
  12. 1/4 cupolive oil
  13. 1 tbspminced garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    heat the oil in a deep pan add onions cut celery about 1/2 inch add potatoes cut carrots in half then third them long ways add to pan add spice cover stir occasionally

    add water after 10 minutes

    let cook 15 minutes stirring every now and then
