Cut napa halfway horizontal,keep the lower part, cut each leaf from ouside into inside carefully

Boil napa in chicken broth, put salt inside. take the Napa out when it is ready. around 7-10 minutes

Cut pepper ,mushroom mu er ,or any other colourful vegetables into small pieces,put them on to napa。you can use either food processer or knife

Pull out leftover chicken broth ,left about one cup in pan, add starch then boil till thichen. blur soup.

Pore soup onto napa
