Preheat & Bake at 350 for an hour bigger the chicken longer you cook it.

Take the cream cheese at room temp and mix the garlic &chopped rosemary &pepper and salt.

Quarter cut up the red potatoes and toss them with olive oil and seasonal salt and bake for the same time as the chicken in a separate baking dish.

Rub the chicken with olive oil & bake. Uncover last 20mins for crisper skin.

(tin foil on top) hint: use parchment paper to bake the chicken on its awesome! Also under the potatoes.
