Steps

Boil the beans with a pressure pot to cook fastrr for 30minutes.rinse and keep.

Blend the crayfish and fresh pepper,chop the onion,grate the ginger and garlic.

Boil the beans again but with water just covering it.put the onion,salt,ginger and garlic.boil for 15minutes.

Pour in the crayfish,fresh pepper and cover after 15minutes add the knorr seasioning and palmoil.

Cover and boil for 12mins,turn with spartula and is ready.

Heat up vegetable oil,cut the plantain sprinkle salt on it.and fry till is brown
