  • 3Lemon juice
  • 3garlic
  • 1/2 cuporange juice
  • Cilantro
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cupolive oil
  • Jalapeño
  • 1/2 cupvinagre
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours

Steps

    Take the meat and marinate in a container or plastic bag, add the ingredients above all mixed and rub it with the meat. Refrigerate!!!
