12 servings

1 cupall-purpose flour
1 tbspsugar
1 1/4 tspbaking powder
1/4 tspbaking soda
1/4 tspsalt
1/2 cupapplesauce
1 cup2% milk
1 tbspunsalted butter
1egg
2 tspground cinnamon

Preheat griddle to medium/med high.

Mix all dry ingredients together.

Add all other ingredients and combine.

Cook pancakes at about 2 heaping tablespoons per pancake.
