Ingredients

  1. 8 ozPackage cream cheese (softened)
  2. 1/4 cupMayonnaise
  3. 1/4 cupGrated Parmesan cheese
  4. 1/4 cupGrated Romano cheese
  5. 1 cloveGarlic (peeled, minced)
  6. 1/2 tspDried basil
  7. 1/4 tspGarlic salt
  8. 1 dashSalt and pepper (to taste)
  9. 14 ozCan artichoke hearts (drained, chopped)
  10. 1/2 cupFrozen chopped spinach (thawed, drained)
  11. 1/4 cupShredded mozzarella cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease small baking dish.

    In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, Parmesan, Romano, garlic, basil, garlic salt, and salt & pepper.

    Transfer mixture to baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.
