Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cuptapioca flour
  • 2/3 cupparmesan or any sharp cheese
  • 1/2 cupunsalted butter
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/4 cupsalt
  • 1 clovegarlic - minced
  • 2 largeeggs - whisk

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven at 190c

  2. 2

    combine flour, salt and garlic in big bowl, put aside.

  3. 3

    heat milk and butter, once boil pour into the flour mixture. mix with wooden spoon till well combine.

  4. 4

    in goes cheese and and egg, mix throughly. it will be sticky and the dough should looks like very thick batter.

  5. 5

    you can add a bit of flour if it is not think enough or a bit of milk if it is too thick.

  6. 6

    using the ice cream scoop or biscuit scoop, scoop the thick dough onto well grease and floured baking tray. leave some space in between for the bread to grow.

  7. 7

    bake for 20 minutes - 25 minutes and let cool on wire rack. enjoy.
