
Stir fried pak choi
This is very easy but tasty! I love pak choi 😸
Steps

Heat oil in a pan, add lemongrass as soon as hot

Keeping at medium heat add pak choi, soy sauce and fish sauce. Keep moving the veggies for about 4 minutes
- 3
Add ginger, garlic and chillies. Stir fry for 2 more minutes
- 4
Just before serving remove lemongrass and ground some black pepper if you like.
