Ingredients

  1. 8 ozPackage cream cheese
  2. 1/4 cupMayonnaise
  3. 1/4 cupGrated Parmesan cheese
  4. 1/4 cupGrated Romano cheese
  5. 1 cloveGarlic, peeled and minced
  6. 1/2 tspDried basil
  7. 1 tspGarlic salt
  8. 1Salt and pepper to taste
  9. 14 ozCan artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  10. 1/2 cupChopped spinach
  11. 1 cupShredded mozzarella cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350.

  2. 2

    Lightly grease small baking dish

  3. 3

    In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayo, Parmesan, Romano, garlic, basil, garlic salt, salt and pepper

  4. 4

    Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach

  5. 5

    Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish

  6. 6

    Top with mozzarella

  7. 7

    Bake in the preheated oven 25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned
