Ingredients

  • 2 cupmaida
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspajwain
  • for garnishing..
  • to tasteimli chutney
  • To tastegreen chutney
  • 1/4 cupboiled matar
  • as neededdahi pakora
  • as neededgreen coriander
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspblack salt
  • 1/2 tspchaat masala
  • 1/2 tspjeera powder
  • 1 tbsppomegranate seed
  • as neededcurd
  • as neededsev

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix oil,salt and ajwain in maida and knead a tight dough and let it rest for 10 min

  2. 2

    Take a small portion of dough and roll it in circle stick on the outer surface of katori and prick it with knife and deep fry

  3. 3

    Take fried katori on service dish and put matar in it add chutneys,black salt,jeera powder,red chilli powder

  4. 4

    Put one pakora and curd in it and add both type of chutneys and chaat masala, curd and garnish it with sev,coriander and pomegranate seed and enjoy chaat
