Mix oil,salt and ajwain in maida and knead a tight dough and let it rest for 10 min

Take a small portion of dough and roll it in circle stick on the outer surface of katori and prick it with knife and deep fry

Take fried katori on service dish and put matar in it add chutneys,black salt,jeera powder,red chilli powder
- 4
Put one pakora and curd in it and add both type of chutneys and chaat masala, curd and garnish it with sev,coriander and pomegranate seed and enjoy chaat
