6 mediumcubed potatoes
1/2 cupolive oil
1 1/2 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
1 tbsppaprika
2 tbspgarlic

Mix all ingredients.

Place in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish

Bake 1 hour, stirring every 20 min.

Topping: 2 cups shredded cheese, 1 cup crumbled bacon & 1 diced green onion

Add topping and bake 5 more minutes.
