2 lbthinly sliced beef
5thinly sliced tomato
1thinly sliced onion
1 can6oz tomato sauce
1salt to taste
5serano chiles sliced length wise in quarters

in an oven safe pot lined with foil layer all ingredients and add can of tomato sauce at top ,cover with foil and lid

cook at 400 until veggies are mostly transparent and meat is thoroughly cooked.
