Ingredients

  1. 3Chicken breasts
  2. 1 packagesBirds Eye recipe ready-mixed vegetables
  3. 1 canCream of chicken
  4. 1 canSliced potatoes
  5. 1Ready-crust (pie crust rolled in box)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 360

  2. 2

    Boil the chicken breasts (whole); salt and pepper boiling water, add minced onion

  3. 3

    Drain chicken; chop up

  4. 4

    Add can of cream of chicken and half a can of milk; add bag of frozen veggies (don't cook); drain can of potatoes, cut slices in half and add to pan

  5. 5

    Gently stir mixture; add black pepper

  6. 6

    Put one pie crust roll in bottom of 9x9 pan, pour in mixture, put other pie crust roll on top

  7. 7

    Cook for about 30-45 minutes, until top is golden brown and vegetables are soft (stick fork in to check)
