1 eachchopped onion
3 cloveminced garlic
1 tbspolive oil
2 tspchili powder
1 tspdried oregano
1 can28 oz crushed tomatoes
1 can10.5 condensed chicken stock
1 1/4 cupwater
1 cupfrozen corn
1 can4 oz chopped green chili peppers
2 can15 oz black beans
1/4 cupchopped cilantro
1 lbchicken cooked and copied in to pieces
1 packagestortilla strips

In a medium stock pot, heat oil over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic in oil until soft. Stir in chili powder, oregano, tomatoes, broth, and water. Bring to a boil, and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

Stir in corn, hominy, chiles, beans, cilantro, and chicken. Simmer for 10 minutes.
