Ingredients

  • crust
  • 1 packagesplain sweet buiscuits
  • 4 ozbutter
  • filling
  • 1 packageslemon jelly
  • 1juice&rind of 1lemon
  • 3/4 cupboiling water
  • 1 cancarnation milk(refridgerated)
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 8 ozcream cheese
  • 1 cupsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Crush buiscuits,combine with melted butter.Line sides and bottom of a springform pan and bake in a slow oven for ten minutes.

  2. 2

    Dissolve jelly crystals in boiling water,add lemon,juice and rind.

  3. 3

    Beat carnation milk until stiff & fold into jelly mixture.

  4. 4

    Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla,add to warm jelly mixture,mix well.

  5. 5

    Pour into crust,top with remaining crumbs,refridgerate over night.
