  • 1 tspfresh squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 stickunsalted butter - room temp
  • 1 pinchcayennne Pepper
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1black pepper

    stire eggs in bowl over hot steam boling water.. Then add butter pieces one at time while stirring. Then add other ingrdnts.
