Ingredients

  • 1 cupWheat flour
  • 1/2 cupgrated bottle gourd
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • to tasteSalt
  • pinchSugar
  • to tasteTurmeric powder
  • as neededCoriander chopped
  • To tasteCoriander powder
  • to tasteChilli powder
  • 1 pinchBaking soda
  • as needed Water for steam
  • as neededOil
  • For tempering or tadka:
  • 1/2 tspJeera
  • 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  • pinchHing
  • as neededOil
  • 1 springCurry leaves
  • 1/2 tspSesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Take flour, bottle gourd, salt and all the ingredients make a soft dough, no need to add water. And make rolls.
    In a steamer, steam the rolls for 30 minutes and when cools down cut in pieces.
    In a pan, take some oil and all the tempering ingredients and add the pieces and mix well
