Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 gsoup white beans
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1carrot, chopped and peeled
  • handfulfresh green beans
  • 1 tbsbenny spice
  • 4 tbsoil
  • 1 litre wateror more to boil white beans
  • 1 tspmedium rajah curry powder

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Boil them for 30 minutes take them out and peel it off

  2. 2

    Boil them again in a medium heat until well cooked

  3. 3

    Separately fry all other ingredients when the gravy is ready pour the cooked beans with bennys

  4. 4

    Ready to serve with mielie rice
