1 bowlboiled dehradun basmati rice
1 cupmixed vegetables (chopped)
1egg scrambled with salt and pepper
1/4 cup shrimps (fried with salt and turmeric)
To tastesalt
As neededsunflower oil for frying

Heat a pan add oil and saute the chopped vegetables with salt

Add the fried prawns and scrambled egg and mix

Finally add the boiled rice and toss the whole thing adding salt

Garnish it with black pepper and serve
