2 tspginger garlic paste
2 tspajinomoto
3 tspred Chilli powder
1 tspgaram masala
1 tspchicken masala
6 tbspcornflour
2 tbspwater
1/2 tspturmeric
1/2 literoil for frying

wash and drain chicken

add all the ingredients to the chicken

now let it set for 5min in fridge
4

deep fry in oil for 4min on high heat
5

serve with a lemon wedge and any sauce of your choice
