Make easy pizzas at home in just 15 minutes without having to make the dough or use the microwave oven. Made this for a vegetarian friend who doesn't eat meat but eats eggs and cheese 😀

Finely chop the vegetables and paneer into small cubes.

Heat oil in pan and fry the veggies for a couple of minutes, add the mint leaves season with salt and fry for another 2 minutes. Level the veggies, spread the cheese slices over the veggies and pour the whisked egg on top (simmer the flames). Gently place small pieces of paneer, close the lid let it cook for about 5 minutes.

Spread the melted butter on the flattened bread. (optional: heat the bread in oven for 40 seconds)

Place the paneer eggs on top of the flattened bread, drizzle with pizza seasoning. Enjoy!
