Steps

Knead the dough by taking maida in a container.

By adding ghee,,salt and water.

Knead it properly into a tight dough.

Rest it for 20 minutes

Make round balls of it

For filling the kachauris---

Mashed potatoes

Add chopped onion,,dry dhania powder,,red chilli powder,,salt,, coriander leaves,,zeera powder

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly

Now Add Vegetable oil in a wok.

Heat it on A medium flame.

Roll the balls and fill the potatoes onion filling and make a round stuffed ball in a hand only..press them lightly with Ur palm only

Drop These round balls one by one for deep frying.

Keep on changing their sides to get uniform heating,,so as to get uniform golden brown colour.

Once they are fried, take them out on a tissue paper

To allow excess oil to get absorbed..

Serve these kachauri s with green chutney and tamarind chutney

Kachauris are ready to serve
