8boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
1 cupmayonnaise
2 tbspsoy sauce
1/2 tspground ginger
1/4 tspcayenne pepper

Flatten the chicken to 1/4 inch thickness.

Place on a broiler pan rack.

Broil for 3 minutes on each side.

Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, ginger and cayenne pepper; brush over chicken.

Broil 2-3 minutes longer on each side or until juices run clear.
