Sabse pehle cauliflaower ko clean kar ke wash karein.phie kadukas kar le.matar ko cheel kar dane ko wash kar le.

Ek kadahi me oil garam karein. Usme onion ko saute karein.ab isme tomato add karein.salt and spices bhi add karein.masala pakne par isme gobhi aur matar dal kar ache se mix karein.

Lid lagakar 4_5minutes low flame par pakaye.

Serving plate me dale.roti,nan ke sath garam serve karein.
