  1. Yorkshire pudding ingredients
  2. 2 largeeggd
  3. 1 cupskim milk
  4. 1 cupall pourpous flour
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 1/4 cupshreadded cheaddar cheese
  7. 2 tbspgreated paremesan cheese
  8. center ingredient
  9. 1non stick olive oil cooking dpray
  10. 1 cupfinly chopped onion
  11. 1 tspfresh garlic
  12. 2 cupjapanese eggplant unpeealed cut lengthwise then crosswise into small chunks
  13. 1 lblean turkey or beef
  14. 1 tspbaisl
  15. 1/2 tspeach,dried oregano,cinnimon,and salt
  16. 1 can8ounce tomatoe sauce
  17. 1 tbsplight butter
  18. 1/4 tspfreshly ground black pepper

    Coat large skillet with cooking spray

  2. 2

    Heat over medium-high heat add onion and garlic and eggplant cook stirring consistently for 5 to. 7 min or until onion is softened and eggplant is golden brown remove and set aside

  3. 3

    Recoat skillet with cooking spray add turkey or beef at med-high heat until no longer pink add basil,oregano,cinnamon,salt,and pepper stir in tomato sauce and reserved eggplant mixture bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer covered about 20 min stirring occasionally

  4. 4

    Preheat oven to 425 place butter in 10 inch pie plate place in oven until butter is melted

  5. 5

    Yorkshire pudding in medium bowl beat eggs lightly,add milk beat until well blended,add flourand salt beat until batter is smooth,pour into pie plate place turkey or beef mixture in middle of batter within 1 inch of edge sprinkle cheddar and parmesan cheese

  6. 6

    Bake 30 min or until golden brown and puffy
