1 serving

1/2 cupHoney
1/4 cupApple cider vinegar
1/4 cupExtra virgin olive oil
1 tspMustard powder
1/2 tspDries basil
1 smallshallot (minced)
1Juice from one lemon
1Salt and pepper

Steps

Whisk together honey, apple cider vinegar, shallot, lemon juice, mustard powder and dried basil

Slowly pour in olive oil while whisking to emulsify

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Pour into jar with lid and refrigerate.
