  2. 15 ozLight coconut milk
  3. 1/4 cupFresh basil
  4. 3 tspFish sauce
  5. 1/3 cupChicken stock
  6. 1/2Red bell pepper
  7. 1/2Green pepper
  8. 2 tbspBrown sugar

    In a medium saucepan, combine red curry past and coconut milk. Simmer for five minutes.

  2. 2

    Add basil, fish sauce, brown sugar, chicken stock. Simmer for ten to fifteen minutes.
