15 ozLight coconut milk
1/4 cupFresh basil
3 tspFish sauce
1/3 cupChicken stock
1/2Red bell pepper
1/2Green pepper
2 tbspBrown sugar

In a medium saucepan, combine red curry past and coconut milk. Simmer for five minutes.

Add basil, fish sauce, brown sugar, chicken stock. Simmer for ten to fifteen minutes.
