  • 1/2 tspCinnamon
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspPepper

    Preheat the broiler

  2. 2

    Prepare chicken breasts or cut up whole chicken

  3. 3

    Mix the salt, pepper, and cinnamon in a bowl, then sprinkle on the chicken. (Salt, cinnamon, and pepper quantity can be adjusted to taste.)

  4. 4

    Put the chicken in a broiler pan and broil 6 inches from the heat for 15 minutes.
    Flip the chicken over, broil for another 15 minutes or until crisp (skin will be crisp and brown).
