Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupSalt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and dried parsley flakes
  2. 3 tbspRed pepper
  3. 1as needed Vegetable oil
  4. 2Egg whites
  5. 1Family pack or more of chicken legs or wings
  6. 1Some milk ;)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all dried spices and parsley flake in a gallon size zip bag

  2. 2

    In a bowl beat egg whites and milk together

  3. 3

    Dip chicken in eggs then season mix and deep fry till chicken is completely cooked
