Ingredients

  • 1 canDr. Pepper
  • Juice of 2 Orange
  • Juice of 2 Lime
  • 1Pork Butt
  • 2 tbspSea Salt
  • 1 tbspSmoked Sea Salt
  • 2 tbspCumin
  • 1 tbspchili powder
  • 2 tbspGarlic Powder
  • 2 tbspOregano

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine in crock pot, including peels of fruit.

  2. 2

    Cook on low for 10-12 hours

  3. 3

    Remove pork, shred, add two cups of reserved liquid to shredded pork.

  4. 4

    Return to crockpot or serve.
