1 headof green cabbage
5 tbspolive oil
5 tbspminced garlic

slice cabbage from top to bottom (bottom being the root)

rub steaks with minced garlic on both sides
3

brush olive oil on both sides of cabbage steaks
4

bake in pre heated 375°F oven for 25 minutes, flip and roast another 25 minutes
5

drizzle with blasamic vinegar (optional)
