Heat oven to 350

In medium bowl cream sugar and cream cheese until
they blend well - 3
Beat in 1 egg and lemon extract until mixture is light
and fluffly. Set this bowl aside. - 4
In a large bowl, combine cake mix w/buttermilk, oil and 3 eggs. Beat on
low 2-3 minutes - 5
Pour batter in a greased 9x13 pan. Pour cream cheese mixture on top of
batter in 2 rows the length of the pan - 6
wirl the cream cheese mixture
ligtly through the batter with a knife. Bake for 30-35 minutes - 7
Cream rind and butter until well blended.

Add 1 cup powdered sugar and
blend. - 9
Add lemon juice and remaining powdered sugar and blend very well
until smooth. Put on cake that is almost cool.
