Ham and Egg Rice Bowl with Sweet Cabbage

I made it because I had a lot of cabbage.
Please separate the cabbage leaves from the hard part (core), and mince the latter so that it cooks faster.
This time around, I used Kikkoman brand's mentsuyu (3x concentrate). Recipe by hitkat

Steps

Cut the cabbage and ham into bite-sized pieces. Mince the hard part (core) of the cabbage, and beat the eggs.

Add the cabbage, ham, mentsuyu, and water into a frying pan, then turn on the heat to medium. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

When the cabbage becomes soft, swirl in the beaten eggs all over, and cover with a lid.

When the eggs are half cooked, turn off the heat.

Transfer it on top of rice in a rice bowl, and pour on a small amount of the sauce as well. Then you're done. Sprinkle with shredded nori seaweed if you like.
