Ingredients

1 cupmilk
6 eacheggs
1 cupall purpose flour
1/2 tspsalt
1 tspvanilla
1/4 cupbutter melted
1 eachtopping
1 eachpowdered sugar

Steps

Heat oven to 400°F

Blend first 5 ingrediants in blender/ be sure to smooth out any flour lumps

Blend in butter a little at a time
4

Grease muffin tins well and fill slightly less than half full
5

Bake for 15 minutes or until puffy and golden on top. crater will form on its own

Add favorite toppings and powdered sugar
