  • 1/8 cupbutter
  • Gelatinizer
  • 4eggs
  • 1/2 tbsptapioca flour
  • Seasoning
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1 cuppecan
  • Shell
  • 1unbaked 9" pie shell

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Melt butter and mix with filling ingredients.

  3. 3

    In a large bowl, beat eggs until frothy.

  4. 4

    Stir in eggs and Seasoning ingredients to mixture.

  5. 5

    Pour mixture into pie shell and bake in oven for 45 minutes until filling is set.
