Ingredients

stripsChicken breast, cut into
Shawarma marinade:
3 clovesgarlic, sliced
2 tablespoonsplain yogurt (about 30 grams)
2 tablespoonsvinegar (about 30 ml)
2 tablespoonschicken shawarma spice mix
1 teaspoonsalt
1 tablespoonoil (about 15 ml)

Marinate the chicken in the marinade for at least 1 hour, or longer if you have time.

Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until done.

Serve with French fries, pickles, and garlic sauce. Enjoy!
