Lehsun,adarak, hari mirch, thora sa pani dal kar palak ko ubaal lein.thanda kar ke pees lein

Kofte ke liye lauki me namak,. 1 hari mirch,1/2 pyaj kat kar dalen.Besan itna hi dalen ki lauki bind ho jaye

Apne pan ko garam karein aur lauki ke mishran ko her ek cup me ek ek spoon dal dein aur pan ko dhak dein

Jab ek tarf se kofte sik jayen to palat dein aur sabhi side se ache se pakka lein aur plate me nikaal lein

Beech se half kar lein sabhi kofte

Palak puree ko pan me garam karein.gravy jitni thick chahye us hisab se milk milayen. Kofte namak dal kar sabji ko pakne dein.jab kofte me gravy absorb ho jaye to anch band kar dein..Hara dhaniya se sja kar serve karein
