Just wanted something healthy and with a twist of an African meal

For the Pasta - place it in a sufuria with water that just covers it, add some salt and allow to boil for 10 minutes or until soft.

For the Beans - Finely chop the onions, grate the tomatoes and pound the ginger and garlic

Stir fry the onions in coconut oil, add the garlic and ginger, allow to fry at low heat

Add the tomatoes, salt and turmeric, allow the tomatoes to cook until soft

Stir in the beans and pound slightly to get a smooth paste

Add, water to get the desired consistency of stew, allow to simmer for 10 minutes

Add the milk and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve together and enjoy!
