In a sauce pan stir together the sugar, salt, cocoa, milk and heat until sugar is dissolved. Add the butter and cook to 238°F.

Pour into a mixing bowl to cool slightly and with a paddle stir in the peanut butter and vanilla

Pour into greased pan and let it cool completely
