  • 50 gramsbutter
  • 2 stickthyme
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchpepper

    Lightly season chicken with salt and pepper

  2. 2

    Heat the pan with a touch of olive oil

  3. 3

    Pan fry the chicken until it's white both side

  4. 4

    Add thyme

  5. 5

    Brown with butter

  6. 6

    Serve on plate with a little thyme as topping

  7. 7

    Serve with salad
