Ingredients

  • 100 gMargarine
  • 2 TbspCaster Sugar
  • 1 TbspGolden Syrup
  • 1 TbspDrinking Chocolate
  • Rich Tea / Digestive Biscuits
  • 200 gMilk Chocolate
  • 18× 28cm / 7"11" tin

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt the margarine, Caster sugar, golden syrup and drinking chocolate in a pan

  2. 2

    Boil for approx 40 seconds

  3. 3

    Away from heat, stir in the biscuits and pour into the greased tin

  4. 4

    Melt the chocolate over a pan of simmering water and spread over mixture

  5. 5

    Chill for two hours until set, cut into 12 squares and enjoy!
