Ingredients

3_4 servings
  • 100 gबेसन
  • 3/4 tspनमक
  • लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1/२ tsp
  • 1/2 tspहल्दी पाउडर
  • धानिया पाउडर 1/ 2tsp
  • 1/2 tspकिचन किंग मसाला
  • 1/4 tspगरम मसाला
  • टमाटर 2 मिडियम साइज
  • 2हरीमिर्च
  • अदरक का टुकड़ा
  • हरा धनिया 1/4 कप बारीक कटा
  • पानी लगभग 1 गिलास

Steps

  1. 1

    सबसे पहले बर्तन में बेसन नमक,हल्दी पाउडर, लाल मिर्च पाउडर सभी 1/4 tsp डालकर सखत आटा लगाएगें

  2. 2

    15 मिनट ढक कर रख देंगे,फिर फिंगर रोल जैसे बनाएगें,

    एक पतीले में दो गिलास पानी गर्म करेंगें उबलने पर इन फिंगर रोलों को उबलते पानी में 10-15 उबलने देंगे

  4. 4

    ठंडा होने पर छोटे-छोटे टुकड़े कर लेगें

    अदरक,हरी मिर्च और टमाटर का पेस्ट बनालेगें

  6. 6

    गैस पर कढाई लेकर धीमी ऑंच पर इस पेस्ट को अच्छे से भूनेंगें फिर उसमेँ बाकी मसाले हल्दी, लाल मिर्च पाउडर,धनिया पाउडर,गरम मसाला,किचन किंग मसाला,नमक डालकर अच्छे से चलाएगें फिर 1/2 पानी डालकर धीमी आंच पर 5 मिनट ढककर पकाएगें

    अब इसमें बेसन के कटे हुये पीस डालकर 5-7 मिनट और पकाएंगें

  8. 8

    गैस बन्द करके कटा हुआ हरा धनिया डाल देंगे

  9. 9

    बेसन के गट्टे परोसने के लिए तैयार है
